Interview With The Boston Globe: Lindy Lowney Discusses AI in Interior Design

Recently I chatted with The Boston Globe to share my perspective on how AI is influencing interior design. I discussed my experience incorporating it into my work and highlighted why it’s crucial to consult with an interior designer.

“Everything that we do is done with measurements, budgets, and codes, and that plays into safety, health, and your environment,” said Lowney. “A lot of contractors want an old-school setup of technical documents and drawings, and these basic AI programs may not have somebody driving it with the technical experience.”
